The second game in the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Tournament Semifinal Round featured the top-seeded Duke Blue Devils (30-2 overall, 17-1 ACC) versus the 5th-seeded Clemson Tigers (24-9 overall, 12-6 ACC).
