Exclusive Schedule News for Le Moyne

While on “Wake Up Call with Dan Tortora”, Le Moyne Dolphins Women’s Basketball Head Coach Nick DiPillo shared exclusive news on the upcoming 2025-26 schedule for his second season at the helm of the Dolphins, and third for the Dolphins in their reclassification from NCAA Division 2 to Division 1.

“Our travel has been tamed down a bit without sacrificing

Last season, Le Moyne played eight of their 13 non-conference games on the road.

The season prior, Le Moyne’s first in their transition from NCAA Division 2 to Division 1 saw the Dolphins spend 11 of their 13 non-conference contests away from home.

“We’re starting up some series with local-ishschools that kind of fit our footprint and who we are.

“We’re starting home-and-home series with Bucknell, Lafayette, Saint Bonaventure, Cornell, so we’re really excited about those.”

“Season-opener’s gonna be at St. John’s this year, so we’re super excited about that.”

“We’re gonna go down to Baylor… We’re going play at the University of Pittsburgh. We’re gonna play at Marquette University, another Jesuit school.”

“We’re gonna get to play at St. Joe’s. We’re gonna play a couple games down there in a tournament a little bit before Christmas.”

“We’ve struck a nice balance between giving our kids an opportunity to play and compete at the highest level because I do believe you learn a lot about your team in games like those, and then also starting those local rivalries with schools who kinda sorta look like us a little bit.”

“I think this schedule, the way it’s spaced out, it really prepares us to get in NEC play right after the turn of the new year.”
